Beefy Onion Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese softened
  • 1 pkg. dried beef
  • 6 green onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

  1. Chop the chipped dried beef into small pieces,
  2. Chop the green onion tops and a little bit of the white part
  3. add the cream cheese to a large bowl and add the other ingredients, including the beef, and onions.
  4. Mix well with your hands (I use vinyl gloves as it does get a little messy).
  5. Then form into whatever shape you want. Ball or log and refrigerate until firm again.
  6. Wrap in Saran Wrap
  7. Serve with various type of crackers, (Wheat thins, Chicken in a biscuit, Ritz, Ritz Veggie, etc.)
