Chicken Wings

Ingredients

All you can eat or will cover the grill

  • Olive oil
  • Favorite rub or seasoning
  • melted butter for basting

Directions

Wash wings & cut tips off. Place in colander or on rack & place in fridge for 4 or 5 hrs. to dry. Drizzle on some olive oil & coat w/favorite rub or seasoning & back in fridge a couple hrs. before smoking. Set out 1/2 hr at room temp before smoking. Heat smoker to 225 deg. Place wings on grill. After 1/2 hr. brush on some butter & turn. Another 1/2 hr. brush w/butter & turn. Set smoker to hi, 450 degrees. Do for another 1/2 hr. turning 1/2 way thru. Serve w/some hot sauce or blue cheese dressing.
