Grilled Walleye

Ingredients

To make 2 full cooking sheets you'll need:

  • 18 Walleye Filets
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 onion
  • Seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to 350 degrees. 
  2. Cover cooking sheet with tin foil.
  3. Place walleye on tin foil.
  4. Season to your preference.
  5. Top with bacon, onion and thin slice of butter.
  6. Put the fish on the grill for 40 minutes.

When butter is mostly gone and fish flakes apart nicely, it is done.
