Jeff's National Award Winning Ribs


As many ribs as you desire

1 bottle of WoodMaster Original Seasoning

For each foil pack: 

   4 tbs  honey

   6 tbs  Woodmaster original sauce

   4 tbs  brown sugar

   4 tbs  butter

   1 tbs  Woodmaster original seasoning

   1 tbs  garlic pepper

   1/4 cup  apple juice


Night before: 

1. Trim off the excess fat and pull the membrane from the back.

2. Rub both sides with WoodMaster Original Seasoning.

3. Wrap them in clear plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Day of:

4. Preheat the grill on smoke mode

5. Place the ribs on the grill bone down for 2 hours or until the rib internal temp reaches 121 degrees.

6. Spray the ribs with apple juice every 15 minutes.

7. Remove the ribs from the grill and change the smoke mode to cook mode and set it to 275 degrees.

8. Prepare your foil packs by adding these ingredients to each pack:

   4 tbs  honey

   6 tbs  WoodMaster Original BBQ Sauce

   4 tbs  brown sugar

   4 tbs  butter

   1 tbs  Woodmaster Original Seasoning

   1 tbs  garlic pepper

   1/4 cup  apple juice

9. Place the ribs bone up in foil pack and wrap tight.

10. Place the foil packs on the grill for 2 hours or until the internal temp reaches 201 - 210 degrees.

11. Remove the ribs from the foil packs andplace them back on the grill.

12. Mop the ribs 2-3 times with Woodmaster Original sauce about 10 minutes apart.

13. Remove them from the grill let them rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
